How to
Use:
1. Apply a small amount of lubricant to
the tip of the douche’s nozzle for easy insertion.
2. Fill the bulb with lukewarm water by
pulling out the nozzle from the bulb and running the bulb directly under the
tap. Re attach the nozzle once the bulb is filled.
Before use, ensure you test the water’s temperature by spraying some on
the back of your hand.
3. Sit on the toilet for easy insertion.
4. Squeeze and hold the bulb of the
douche. Squeeze gently for slower water flow and firmly for faster flow.
5. Gently remove the douche. Repeat this
process until the water you eject runs clear.
Note: Stop
immediately if you experience any pain throughout this process. You may need to
administer more lubricant onto the tip of the nozzle for easier insertion.
