Safety & Care Instructions:
• If possible, avoid fully draining the battery. Charge often
between uses to prolong battery life.
• Always unplug the unit from the power source before cleaning. Clean prior to
and after every use.

• The product is safe to use in water. To avoid shock or injury, do not charge
near or in water or any other wet environment.
• Unplug the Swan Wand when it has reached a full charge.
• Supervision is necessary when using this product around children or disabled

• Store in a cool dry place and do not expose to extreme heat.
• Should not be used over swollen, inflamed or broken areas of the skin.

• Do not massage a single muscle for over 20 minutes at a time.

First Use / Lock Feature / Charging:
This product will come from the factory locked. Make sure
that it is unlocked before attempting to operate any vibrating features.
First Use - For your convenience, this product may come with
a small charge straight from the box that will allow you to use it right away.
For a full charge and to achieve the maximum usage time, it will need to be
charged using the directions below.
Lock Feature - Lock and unlock by pressing down on both
buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. Each motor will quickly
vibrate to let you know the lock has been activated or deactivated.
Charging - Plug the USB cord into a USB wall adapter or USB
plug on your computer. Carefully and firmly insert the other end into the
charge port of the Swan Wand located near the middle of the massager, opposite
the buttons. A steady light will appear to indicate the unit is charging. When
complete, the light will go out. A full charge should take approximately 4
hours.
If the product will not be used for long periods of time,
the battery should be recharged at least once every three months. If possible,
avoid fully draining the battery. Charge often between uses to prolong battery
life. Only charge with the USB cord provided. It will not operate while in
charging mode.
Function and Incremental Speed Settings:
1. To use the vibration functions, quickly press either
button. By continuing quick presses of a button, you will be able to cycle
through all remaining functions.
2. To enter incremental speed mode, press and hold one of
the buttons on either side to control that vibration. This allows you to set a
steady vibration at any intensity you desire. Once you have reached the
intensity’s top speed, the button’s LED will stop flashing. Quickly pressing a
button while in incremental speed mode will reset it to the previously used
function.
3. To immediately turn off any active vibration(s),
simultaneously press both buttons at the same time.

Lubricants:
When using directly on the skin, we suggest you use a
lubricant for the most pleasure. Always choose a water-based lubricant as other types may
deteriorate the silicone finish. Do not use if the silicone appears broken or
damaged.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
• Wash with a water-based toy cleaner or mild soap and water
before and after each use
• Always unplug before cleaning and allow to completely dry
before plugging in again
• Wipe the body of the product clean with a damp cloth and
ensure product is completely dry before use
• Do not use any type of solvents such as alcohol or
benzene, which may damage not only the finish, but the product itself
• To avoid shock, keep the USB cord free from tangling and
inspect it for damage frequently
Storage:
• When not in use, store this product in a cool, dry place
away from children
• Keep your product in a dust free location and away from
contact with any other silicone or similar material products
• When storing for long periods of time, make sure the
travel lock is activated
Troubleshooting & FAQs:
When I press the button, it does not vibrate.
• Lock feature is activated. To unlock, press and hold both
buttons for approximately 5 seconds until both lights appear and the product
vibrates.
• Unit is not charged. Plug in for a minimum quick charge of approximately 30
minutes. A full charge requires approximately 4 hours.
When I press and hold the button, the speed does not change.
Once the light on the button stops flashing and becomes
steady, you have reached the maximum speed.
I want to gradually increase speed as I go along, but the
vibration changes instead.
You can increase speed by pressing and holding the button.
If you do not press and hold long enough (more than two seconds), the vibration
will simply switch to a different mode instead.
The vibrator goes on by itself.
Unit needs to be locked; otherwise it may accidentally
activate.
The light on the button does not go on.
The vibrator is running low on charge or power. Charge it by
inserting the pin end of the USB cord into the charge port on the product and
the USB end into either a USB wall adapter or USB port on your computer.
I dropped the vibrator, is it broken?
Like all electronic devices, this is a delicate product that
can be internally damaged. It is possible that your vibrator could be broken.
To test it, lock and unlock the vibrator, plug the adaptor into the charge
connection port, charge the device and check its performance.
My vibrator is taking longer than indicated to charge.
USB charging is very advanced and can act as a fast and
convenient method to charge your Swan. In some rare cases, charging may take
longer in certain power sources than others.
Please be advised that for maximum results, it is suggested
to plug the USB charging cable into a USB 2.0 or higher wall adapter for your
region. Charging in a computer USB adapter is still effective, but may require
a longer period of time to achieve a full charge.
