Function and Incremental Speed Settings:
1. Functions - To use the vibration functions, quickly press button1/button2. By continuing quick presses of button1/button2, you will be able to cycle through all remaining functions.
2. Incremental Speed - To enter incremental speed mode, press and hold one of the buttons. This allows you to set a steady vibration at any intensity you desire. Once you have reached the intensity’s top speed, the button’s LED will stop flashing. Quickly pressing a button while in incremental speed mode will reset it to the previously used function.
3. Turn Off - To immediately turn off any active vibration, simultaneously press both buttons at the same time.

First Use / Lock Feature / Charging:
This product will come from the factory locked. Make sure that it is unlocked before attempting to operate any vibrating features.
First Use - For your convenience, this product may come with a small charge straight from the box that will allow you to use it right away. For a full charge and to achieve the maximum usage time, it will need to be charged using the directions below.
Lock Feature - Lock and unlock by pressing down on both buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. Each motor will quickly operate to let you know the lock has been activated or deactivated.
Charging:
Your SWAN product is powered by a lithium battery which is the best battery available for our SWAN line of products. Please refer to the special cations page for detailed charging times. Once the USB cord is properly inserted into the SWAN product and then into a compatible USB charging adapter, a red LED light will glow indicating that the unit is charging. When the unit is fully charged, the light will disappear. Your unit will not operate while charging, and will automatically be in the unlocked state when unplugged. If the product will not be used for long periods of time, the battery should be recharged at least once every three months. If possible, avoid fully draining the battery. Charge often between uses to prolong battery life. Only charge with the USB cord provided. It will not operate while in charging mode.
Lubricants:
When using directly on the skin, we suggest you use a lubricant for the most pleasure. Always choose a water-based lubricant as other types may deteriorate the silicone finish. Do not use if the silicone appears broken or damaged.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Wash with a water-based toy cleaner or mild soap and water before and after each use Always unplug before cleaning and allow to completely dry before plugging in again. Wipe the body of the product clean with a damp cloth and ensure product is completely dry before use. Do not use any type of solvents such as alcohol or benzene, which may damage not only the finish, but the product itself. To avoid shock, keep the USB cord free from tangling and inspect it for damage frequently.
Storage:
When not in use, store this product in a cool, dry place away from children. Keep your product in a dust free location and away from contact with any other silicone or similar material products. When storing for long periods of time, make sure the travel lock is activated.
Health and Safety Precautions:
Do not charge near water.
Do not charge if the USB cord appears damaged. Do not use other USB cords with your product if you have lost the one provided. Contact www.swanvibes.com for more information about adapters. As USB wall charging adapters vary by country, be sure to use the proper one for your area. Do not use the product while it is charging.
Do not put the product in the dishwasher or microwave because it will damage your product and void the warranty.

To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing physical conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas of skin. Wash before and after use. When traveling, always put your SWAN in the “lock” mode.
Troubleshooting & FAQs:
When I press the button, it does not vibrate.
Lock feature is activated. To unlock, press and hold both buttons for approximately 5 seconds until both lights appear and the product vibrates.
Unit is not charged. Plug in for a minimum quick charge of approximately 30 minutes. A full charge requires approximately 4 hours.
When I press and hold the button, the speed does not change.
Once the light on the button stops flashing and becomes steady, you have reached the maximum speed.
I want to gradually increase speed as I go along, but the vibration changes instead.
You can increase speed by pressing and holding the button. If you do not press and hold long enough (more than two seconds), the vibration will simply switch to a different function instead.
The vibrator goes on by itself.
Unit needs to be locked; otherwise it may accidentally activate.
The light on the button does not go on.
The vibrator is running low on charge or power. Charge it by inserting the pin end of the USB cord into the charge port on the product and the USB end into either a USB wall adapter or USB port on your computer.
I dropped the vibrator, is it broken?
Like all electronic devices, this is a delicate product that can be internally damaged. It is possible that your vibrator could be broken. To test it, lock and unlock the vibrator, plug the adaptor into the charge connection port, charge the device and check its performance.
My vibrator is taking longer than indicated to charge.
USB charging is very advanced and can act as a fast and convenient method to charge your Swan.
In some rare cases, charging may take longer in certain power sources than others. Please be advised that for maximum results, it is suggested to plug the USB charging cable into a USB 2.0 or higher wall adapter for your region. Charging in a computer USB adapter is still effective, but may require a longer period of time to achieve a full charge.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
All SWAN products offer a complimentary 1-year limited warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. This is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product and does not cover damage or tears and rips in the silicone caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Any attempt to disassemble the SWAN product will result in the withdrawal of warranty privileges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs along with itemized proof of purchase (hold on to your receipt). SWAN must be notified about your return item before sending out the product. SWAN reserves the right to refuse and return damaged items that do not follow the above description after inspecting the returned item. All shipping, importing, and returning costs are non-refundable and will be charged to the customer. If SWAN decides to replace the component, the replacement will not extend the life of this warranty. SWAN will not accept any additional charges for work performed by the customer or a third party unless it is authorized by www.swanvibes.com. All SWAN products are sold as novelty items only.
